-Check that your premz' account has been debited with the amount corresponding to the bonus price. If your account has not been debited, repeat the operation. If it still doesn't work, please contact us.
-Check that it is not a consumable bonus. For example, the hibiscus Nectar bonus is a consumable bonus that doesn't appear on your bird's sheet.
-Check that it is not a bonus intended for your game. For instance, the pack of 25 hourglasses bonus is usable for your game, for all your birds.

Each player is responsible for the safety of his/her password and must protect his/her password. We can't intervene if a player logs in to the account of an other player using his/her password.
We advise you to respect the following rules:
- choose a password mixing figures and letters ;
- avoid passwords easy to guess (your name or nickname, birthdate, area where you live...) ;
- don't note your password anywhere ;
- if you play on a coputer that can be used by other people, don't "remind" the password when the browser suggests it ;
- don't give your password to anyone. Even the Birdrama team will never ask you for your password.

Any uploaded picture must respect certain conditions concerning the picture and its properties:
- format GIF or JPEG ;
- size: 2 Mo maximum
- resolution: 3000x3000px maximum.
If the upload seems in progress for a long time without ending, it's probably because the picture is too heavy. Resize it to make it smaller or compress it.
